Mobility as a service and other cool stuff

According to many prominent researchers, the number of mobile workforce has steadily gone up in the past few years across industries. While some industries have implemented the concept of mobile workforce partially to help employees be more productive, many have adopted it into the structure of their business to lower the operating costs or for their own unique reasons. However, to work from home or outside a common workplace can have its own negative impacts on the mobile workforce as it can sometimes get lonely for the employee and expensive for the employer. The biggest task at hand of a mobile workforce manager is to keep their morale high and ensure they are at ease while working. Among other issues, a manager may also have a tough time dealing with availability of his mobile workforce and communicating the same to others working on the same team.
